Certifications: Certified Personal Trainer- National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), Corrective Exercise Specialist, CPR/AED-Red Cross.
Education: B.S. in Exercise Physiology and Minor in Biology from UNC Pembroke.

Motivation: My love for health and fitness started when I was an athlete in high school. Today, I’ve been fortunate enough to turn my passion into a thriving profession, guiding my clients towards a healthier lifestyle.
